Vinga Group offers a broad range of investment banking services to corporates and investors, with a primary focus on Nordic SMEs. With approximately 60 employees and offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, and Geneva, we are a leading provider of financing and deal structuring in the SEK 50–500 million transaction segment.

We are now looking to expand our Corporate Finance team with a senior, ambitious individual who will establish and lead a new Real Estate M&A business vertical. The position can be based in either Gothenburg or Stockholm.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Corporate Finance team at Vinga provides advisory, DCM, and ECM services and has facilitated around 250 capital markets transactions to date. We are now strengthening our offering by building a dedicated M&A focus within the real estate sector.

We are looking for a committed team player with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience from real estate‑focused M&A. You should have a genuine interest in M&A and the ability to independently originate and execute transactions, leveraging Vinga’s platform and network.

As part of the Corporate Finance team, you are expected to lead M&A mandates and advisory assignments while representing Vinga at client meetings, industry events, and real estate conferences.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Several years of M&A experience from reputable firms, preferably with a focus on real estate

  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex advisory transactions

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English

  • Strong ability to engage with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders

  • Existing client relationships and a relevant professional network

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑paced environment
