Tom Olander has over 20 years of experience from the financial sector, covering insurance, management and financial product distribution. He has held board positions in numerous companies within the JOOL Group over the past 15 years. Olander holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Växjö University and a post graduate in Finance and Portfolio Theory from the Business School SAA in Turin, Italy.

Ola Nilsson has headed the Vinga Group’s Corporate Finance business since 2014. Nilsson has a long career from management and corporate development within the industry, tech and green energy sectors. Previous experience includes roles as CEO at Expo Clean International, CFO roles in Scandinavian Green Energy, PV Enterprise, and IST International Software Technology, as well as financial management roles within the ABB Group. Ola Nilsson holds a Master of Economics degree from Linnaeus University and Executive Education courses from IFL at Stockholm School of Economics and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Allansson has had a 10+ year career within the Vinga Group, in several roles within management, legal and compliance . He currently holds board assignments in several companies within the Vinga Group as well as the role of Chairman of Hubins AB. Anton Allansson holds a law degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.

Björn Ignatius has over 30 years of experience from the Nordic financial industry, in roles within financial management, risk, corporate governance, equity research and trading. He has held the position as Branch manager of Carnegie Investment Bank AB, Finland branch during a 15 year career with the firm. Ignatius has previously held CFO positions within a number of companies including Taaleritehdas Group, Carnegie Investment Bank AB, Finland branch and Erik Selin Bankers Ltd.

Fredrik Löfnertz has more than a decade of experience from management and advisory positions within the Vinga Group. Löfnertz has headed the Swedish Vinga Securities business since its inception in 2019 and has played a key role in the development of the business to its current position.

Sebastien Khlat-Muller is CEO of Vinga Group’s Swiss branch. Khlat-Muller has 20+ years of international investment banking experience from top tier financial institutions in Paris and Switzerland. Previous experience includes ten years within Société Générale Corporate Investment Banking (SGCIB), in various roles advising institutional investors in Switzerland and Emerging Markets. Sebastien is a graduate from EM Lyon Management School and holds a Master in Econometrics.
